Shipping Policy
We are shipping via DHL or Hermes. The shipping costs in Germany and Austria are 18€. For all other countries the shipping costs vary. Drop us an E-mail for the exact shipping costs.

Furthermore, you possibly have to pay taxes on top. Will be glad to help you on this issue.
Return & Exchange Policy
You may return the platform in it´s original packaging within 30 days after you have recieved it. We will immediately refund the payment.

If there is anything wrong with your platform, please contact us immediately. We will send you a spare part or a complete exchange depending on the failure.
